It has been determined by the officers of the Association that the meeting will be held using Zoom only.

The P&C welcomes parents and citizens to nominate for positions as officers or sub-committee members.  

Please complete a nomination form and email the Secretary at secretary.abbotsfordps@gmail.com.  A nomination form is attached at the end of this notice.

To be elected and to vote at the AGM you need to be a financial member of the APS P&C. 

Please renew your annual subscription prior to the AGM by making a payment of at least $1.00 by electronic funds transfer to the account details below. 

The deadline for payment is Monday, 18 March 2024 at 5pm. This will allow time for funds to clear and our Treasurer to collate a list of financial members eligible to vote at the AGM."
